Is this wishful thinking or actual fact? Rich Rodriguez would be a good option as well.
You are the next head coach of The Ohio State University.

I hope Urban dont go to OSU. He is a good coach and a winning coach but i feel it wouldnt be a good fit. The Big Ten is a different style of football that what Urban coaches. The SEC is speed and size, IMO the best conf in college ball and that is Urban's style. Ohio St has always been the fastest team in the Big Ten but the Big Ten is nowhere near the speed of the SEC. (a fact that was proven twice in the past 5 years). Majority of teams in the Big Ten are smash mouth up the gut football teams with that style of player desiring to play in the Big Ten. If you put Urban Meyer in that setting, his speed teams would win but it would take atleast two to three years to get that kind of recruiting started and then maybe even another year or two to get the team loaded up like he would need to. JMO but it would be hard to get SEC type players to go to Ohio St when they can go to the SEC and be all but guaranteed a national title shot if they win the SEC. Ohio St needs a man out of the Big Ten to coach them IMO. Someone who is used to that style of player and wouldnt be changing every aspect of ohio state football. Youngtown produces ALOT of excellent coaches. I wouldnt be supprised to see them reach into that area and pick up a man right out of High school ball.
I'm patting myself on the back, I broke this before anybody did. Kudos to my sports source in Ohio.
